Etobicoke church interior concrete overlay and surface restoration

Project description

This floor was a typical case of huge money savings for our client. They initially called us to replace the entire church floor. The floor had a built-in heating system that failed due to its age. Also, vinyl tiles on the floor were flaking off, creating tripping hazard. Our client thought the floor had to be replaced. We thought differently and decided to prove out point and also do it for much less as opposed to replacing all this concrete.

We replaced all heating pipes and covered it all with epoxy mortar. To finish it off we have applied a full broadcast chips epoxy / polyaspartic system. Our work paid-off in two ways. Not only did we save our client money but also we were able to work in-between their schedule with minimal disruption to the parish life.
